Mission:
• Develop long-term and short-term product/technology roadmap that makes Renault Group competitive in the market, with consideration of PP requests, market trends, consumer needs, competition landscape, regulation and technology trend.
• Initiate AE (advanced engineering) projects to develop new product/technology, or tackle outstanding technical issues that affect user experience, set competitive KPI about Quality/Cost/Time. Deliver the project and technical outputs on time with quality, and secure acceptance from global counterparts and make positive business impact.
• Support AE results (techno bricks) to be adopted to China and Global markets.
• Scout, develop and manage key suppliers/partners in ecosystem.
• Keep regular communication with global key stakeholders.
• Provide technical reports on regular basis.

Scope of action:
• Global Product Planning for requirement inputs.
• Global Technical Teams for solution, technical KPI alignment and technology adoption.
• Key suppliers/partners in eco-system.
• Internal function teams for development.

Deliverables and indicators:
• New techno-brick development acceptance by headquarter.
• Project execution KPI (QCT).

Qualifications requirements:
• Familiar with Radar sensing and vehicle EE architecture related product and technology trend.
• Knowledge about intelligent vehicle, including connectivity and smart cockpit related technology.
• Strong technical background (Radar, EEA, HW, SW, Algorithm).
• Fluent spoken English and business writing/presentation.
• Sense of ownership, willing to take responsibility.
• Good communicator, proactive to build rapports, logical, clear thinking.
• Creative, thinking out of box, challenging status quo, yet result-oriented.
• Organization skill, know how to secure and organize resources to achieve the business goal.
