- Manage design quality team for OM Lamps & Accessories and OEM LxN, plus managing the qualification and verification lab of Jiaxing
- Resources assignment of design quality team
- Approve the reliability test plan for NPI projects and failure analysis
- Responsible for QPL/DQ related deliverables and activities for the development projects.
- DQE for 3D project
- Responsible for building up LED testing competence, and setting up the facility
- Manage continuous improvement consistent with goals agreed with business.
- Main KPI’s are:
(*) No of quality alert (C0, C1, C2)
(*) Speed, feedback to internal and external customer
Job Requirements & Skills
Education: BS engineering Must
Experience: Must: 5+ years quality management experience with exposure to automotive quality requirements
Considered: Experience with introduction of new products.
