Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for continuously success / high growth of all EC collections
Work design style and finish drawing and color comb
Hand over design drawing and do fitting with buyers
Review style with EC and buyers, give some design idea and update drawing and PLM after review meeting
Communicate with EC team and finish some additional work
Manage herself assistant and in charge of work quality for her assistant
Finish her performance goal and keep growth up

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on designer position in high street company (of freelancing with proven record)
Ideally good hand-drawing skills as well
Independent, Organized and interested in fashion
Able to deal with stress, big workloads and tight deadlines
