Now to further support overall business plan along with organizational development in China, we are looking for a Head of HR, working as one of the Executive Management team, in responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy.


Description

* Partner with business management team to develop and implement HR strategies with priorities
* Ensure the global and regional business targets achieved smoothly by allocating appropriate resources and managing curial projects
* Support business management team on organizational and talent development initiatives to meet business growth plan
* Lead regional employee survey and formulate action plans to improve employee engagement level by measuring staff morale and organization climate
* Facilitate employee communications between global headquarter to China local team
* Responsible for HR system efficiency to support people and organizational management

Profile

* Bachelor Degree or above, paired with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Head of HR role overseeing full function HR management
* Strong leadership with successful experiences in MNC company with 5,000 staffs+ across mainland China, heading up a team with 30+ HR professionals
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with full picture view, able to work, communicate and support business management team in both local and global.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with multiple stakeholders
* In-depth knowledge of talent development, C&B, training, and employee relations, able to translate business strategy to HR strategy
* Good command of English and Mandarin written and spoken skills
