工作内容：
1. According to the requirements of foreign headquarters, responsible for the domestic planning, ordering, production, packaging, transportation and other processes of orders tracking and timely and correct delivery.
按照国外总部要求，负责订单的国内计划，下单，生产，包装，运输等过程跟踪和及时正确交付。
2.Supervise the domestic production plan according to the head office delivery plan.
跟踪订单生产进度，安排并落实产品质量，落实订单按图生产。
3.Responsible for communicating with the factory production department, timely following up the order process and informing the department manager
负责与工厂生产部门沟通，及时跟进订单进程并告知部门经理。
4.Sort out and classify the product and quotation
对产品CI , PL等进行整理、归类
5. According to foreign requirements, search for products and make product analysis accordingly.针对国外要求，对应寻找产品和做产品分析。
6. Responsible for the sorting and summarization of drawings and production materials
核对图纸和生产资料的整理归纳。
7.Responsible for the translation and docking of headquarters and domestic production materials负责总部与国内生产资料的翻译与对接
8.Responsible for the financial aspects of related product procurement
负责相关产品采购的财务事宜
9.Responsible for the distribution and library of prices in the system
负责系统中价格的分发和建库
10.Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
完成经理安排的其他工作
11.Attend prenatal meetings in the workshop from time to time and assist QC in production supervision and inspection
不定时到车间参与产前会议和必要时协助QC进行生产监督检验
12.本工作岗位不涉及销售。

任职资格
大专及以上学历，环境工程、商务英语等相关经验或专业；
了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；
具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；
具备较强的沟通、协调及高度执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强。
会粤语优先
