JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Inspection Services Development Manager to join our team with the mission of overseeing NPI process within the scope of portfolio responsibilities to transform business needs into operational services ready to be executed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Streamline development process to ensure time to market, efficiency and quality of the developpped services.
2.Plan, follow and report on development status of the services under the scope of responsibilities according to the identified priorities.
3.Support business line at ideation stage to define services specification.
4.Develop procedures, workflows, checklists, deliverables and templates for the operational teams.
5.Collaborate with application developpers to ensure high level digitalization of the services.
6.Collaborate with potential suppliers or subcontractors of services during development stage of the services.
7. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.At least 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in production.
2.Fluent in English both spoken and written. Chinese is a plus.
3.Six sigma framework certifications (Green, Black and Master Black belt), ISO 9001 Lead auditor and similar.
4.Understanding of product/service management and development.
Deep understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to inspection services.
5.Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 17020.
