Main responsibilities:

1. Continuous monitoring of quality performance, start appropriate activities in the event of deviations from the targets.

2. Technical review (technical evaluation of the supplier with regard to process location, quality capability, know-how, development capacities, project milestones)

技术评审(对供应商的工艺、地点、质量能力、专有技术、开发能力、项目里程碑进行技术评价)

3. APQP support for SQE incl. process acceptance & R@R (ensuring the application of quality methods such as APQP,MSA FMEA SPC VDA6.3 audits etc. at the supplier)

APQP对SQE的支持，包括过程验收和R@R(确保APQP、MSA FMEA SPC VDA6.3审核等质量方法在供应商的应用)

4. Support/coordination of the PPAP with the acceptance plant (preliminary check of defined content, coordination of specific plant requirements, process acceptance)

支持/协调PPAP与验收工厂(对定义内容的初步检查，工厂特定要求的协调，工艺验收)

5. Carrying our advance quality planning with the supplier readiness process in the supplier readiness process in the context of new customer projects for suppliers (sourcing, APQP, safe launch)

在供应商的新客户项目(采购，APQP，安全启动)的背景下，在供应商准备过程中执行我们的预先质量计划。

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上学历

2. More than 5 years of supplier development experience in automotive industry

5年以上汽车制造业相关供应商开发经验

3. Master quality supplier resources (such as injection molding, metal, electronics, etc.);

掌握优质的供应商资源（如注塑、金属、电子等）；

4. Excellent business negotiation and communication skills

优秀的商务谈判及沟通技巧

5. Good communication and coordination skill in English

良好的英语沟通和协调能力

6. Can work under pressure and travel frequently
