We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager in China to join our team!
About the Role
As the China Warehouse Operations Manager you will play a critical role in building and establishing our warehouse operations in China from the ground up. You will be someone who has an eye for business, knows where to find a good location for a warehouse. You will also be responsible for setting up processes, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Setup: Lead the setup and design of the new warehouse facility, including layout planning, equipment procurement, and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and technology solutions.

Process Development: Develop comprehensive warehouse processes and procedures for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Staff Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and train a skilled team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, operators, and administrative personnel, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.

Inventory Management: Establish inventory control processes and systems to accurately track and manage stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory as needed.

Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate vendors and service providers for equipment, supplies, and logistics services, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships to support warehouse operations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff and visitors.

Project Management: Manage all aspects of the warehouse establishment project, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to ensure successful completion within specified goals and objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, enhance productivity, and achieve operational excellence, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, supply chain, and operations teams, to provide regular updates on project milestones, challenges, and achievements.

Requirement:
More than 10 years of warehousing and logistics experience.

Experience in team building and warehousing site selection.

Have extensive experience in warehousing setup, process development, inventory/supplier/project management.

Rich drop shipping experience.

Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
