工作职责:

1. 协助开展行政管理、综合事务工作，包括公文管理、会务管理、对外接待联络事务等工作。
2. 协助对各项事务的安排、执行及跟踪反馈。
3. 完成上级临时交办的其他任务。

任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历在校学生，行政、人力、工商管理、语言类等相关专业，擅长英语或泰语优先。
2. 能熟练使用Microsoft 办公软件。
3.工作积极主动，执行能力强；做事细心严谨、认真负责；具备良好的学习能力、沟通表达能力。

上班时间：周一至周五：9:00-18:00 周末双休 （实习期1年）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in administrative management and general affairs, including document management, conference management, external reception and liaison affairs, etc.
2. Assist in the arrangement, execution, and follow-up feedback of various affairs.
3. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Students with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in administration, human resources, business administration, languages, etc., and those who are good at English or Thai are preferred.
2. Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
3. With active attitude, strong execution ability; be careful, and rigorous; with strong sense of responsibility; good learning ability and communication skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00-18:00, weekends off (1 year internship).
