Brief description of the position:

Based on technical requirements, accomplish the cooling system concept tests for the CEA project in time. Involved in test resources planning, test preparation, test executing, test results evaluation and test problem analysis, test equipment & software tool planning.

Key Tasks:

System test operation & report. Clarification of cooling system test requirements in CEA project. Organize cooling system related tests and generate test report.
On-site analysis and troubleshooting for bench testing. Analysis of test data for cooling system testing. (failure simulation, data record, test report…).
Annual environment test (summer, winter, MMD, ), coordinate test resources and budgets, test organization, test preparation, test case execution and result analysis.
Cooling system function validation test case definition and release recommendation.
Evaluation of test results, problems identification and analysis, propose of optimization measures. Technical specification documents creation and optimization.
Test problem, production problem, after-sales complaints support and solving until EOP.

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering other related fields.
More than 3 years working experience in mainstream automobile company with NEV thermal management positive development working experience in VW JV company is preferred.
Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures, familiar with VW PEP, systems and processes especially in technical and pre-series development
Familiar with thermal management strategy and theory, VW standards/drawings
Good driving level and with VW certification is preferred
Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred
With good communication skills and team spirit.
