Job Responsibility | 工作职责：
Core Responsibilities | 核心职责: 通过持续的大规模的电话沟通方式进行陌生拜访，进行业务拓展和商机获取，提升片区的客户签约率；同时协同招聘团队持续提升雇主的招聘交付。
Recruitment Service Enhancement | 业务服务提升:
Cold-call customers in the form of mass calls, build and develop more new customers, and synchronize the requirements to the TTJ Recruiting Team to promote the effective hiring result delivery.
以大规模电话的形式进行客户的陌生拜访，建立和开发更多新客户，对内做好需求同步以促进招聘团队的有效交付。
Focus on improving the development rate of customers in the responsible area.
专注提升负责片区客户的开发率。
Working Schedule | 在线时间：

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
周一至周五 上午九点至下午五点

Requirements
Requirements | 职位要求：
1. At least two working days per week are available and can be timed on a half-day basis.(The time period is guaranteed to be at least 2 months, otherwise the salary discount will be dealt with and serious violators will not be issued )
每周至少提供两个工作日的时间，可以按半天计时（时间周期保证至少做满2个月，否则薪资打折处理严重违反者不发放）
2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Business, Communication, or Human Resource Management;
至少有学士学位，商务/传播/人力资源管理等专业优先；
3.A good command of English (IELTS 5.5 or higher, CET-6, or equivalent English proficiency rating is a plus);

有良好的英语水平（雅思5.5分以上，英语六级或其他英语评级体系同等分数优先）；
4. A great communicator and a quick learner，strong subjective initiative；
善于交流，善于学习，主观能动性强
5. An ambitious goal-achiever and a multi-task handler;

行动力强，注重完成目标，擅长同时处理多项任务；
6. Excellent ability to handle pressure;
有良好的抗压能力；
7.There is no limit to experience, and those with superior ability can relax the conditions appropriately.
不限经验，能力优异者可适当放宽条件。
Benefits

Salary & Benefits| 薪资待遇：
Daily settlement/billing per order：60 yuan for a half day, 120 yuan for a day.
日结/按单计费 ：60元半天，120元一天。
There is an extra bonus for the order.

成单有额外奖金。
