岗位职责 Job Description：
1、Analyze and summarize Customer requirements based on existing concept to provide Technical solution at the system level.
分析提炼客户需求，基于系统既有概念，为客户提供系统级的技术解决方案
2、Analyze and summarize Customer requirements to finish GAP analysis, and identify the differences between Customer requirements and existing design
分析提炼客户需求，完成GAP分析，识别出客户需求与既有系统设计的差异项
3、Responsible for linkage between system level design and customer requirements to make sure customer requirements are fulfilled
负责系统设计和客户需求的链接覆盖工作，确保客户需求的实现
4、Responsible for System level requirements allocation and determine the verification method, and generate system RTM report
负责系统级需求的分配，并确定需求的验证方式，并出具系统需求覆盖追踪报告
5、Responsible for system level design document, such as system description, system architecture, SRDS and so on
负责系统级设计文件，如系统描述，系统架构图，系统需求规格书等
6、Responsible for system design principal, such as safe braking model, approaching lock distance and timer calculation method
负责系统基本原则设计，如安全制动模型，接近区段计算原则，延时计算原则
7、Responsible for system performance analysis to make sure system design to fulfil mainline headway and turnback headway requirements
负责系统性能分析仿真，确保系统设计满足客户运行间隔、折返能力的要求
8、Responsible for new function white paper design to determine new function design in system product or project level.
负责新功能白皮书的设计，在系统产品或者项目级别明确新功能的实现方式。
9、Responsible for pre-sales technical solutions, ensure technical solutions meet the expected quality / safety standards, perform regular inspection and audit
负责售前技术方案工作，确保技术方案达到预期质量/安全标准，执行定期的检查和审计
10、Cooperate with corresponding parties, such as subsystem, RAMS, Safety to guarantee that system level design comply with EN50126/128/129 standard and internal process
和子系统、RAM、Safety合作，确保系统设计符合EN50126/128/129标准要求以及公司内部流程
任职要求Job Requirement：
1、 自动控制/电子/电气工程及相关领域本科及以上学历；
Bachelor's Degree or above in Automatic Control/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related fields;
2、 3年以上信号行业相关工作经验；
More than 3 years relevant work experience in signaling;
3、具有良好的沟通能力，能够协调产品各阶段技术、生产、品管、采购等部门的工作；
Good communication, have ability to coordinate each phase products work, which includes Technical Dept., Manufacture Dept., QA(quality assurance) Dept., Purchase Dept., etc.
4、铁路信号方面的知识和经验（联锁，ATS，ATC，城市轨道交通CBTC和/或者ERTMS技术都将是一个加分项）；
5、Some knowledge and experience in railway signalling (Interlockings, ATS, ATC, Metros, CBTC and/or ERTMS technologies would be a plus);
6、 流利的英语听说读写能力。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
