Job Responsibilities:
·Research and work out worldwide Fashion Market Trends
·Monitor and Analyze Monthly/Seasonal Sales , as well as Competitors' Sales Performnce
·Collect Feedback from Inner - production, Quality Assurance, and External - Marketing Campaign, sales, after-sales-service and customers to guide next season design
·Analysize what we have by category,by styling and find out what missing
·Roll out Design theme, styling, Budget and target market
·Be able to create the Time Table of the whole Merchandising Life circle
·Be familiar with the material made of Jewelry, visit and verify potential suppliers
·Be able to source and approve finding sample
·Take part in scoring and grading Supplier's performance
·Be able to create new product development plan and Execute, Monitor, Control Plan and carry out Off-track Correction
·Material Planning purchasing, allocation process Monitor, Control and Off-track Correction
·Be able to review design, judge craftsmanship, function and seurity of sample
·Take part in creating standards covering both finding and sample
·Be able to price and control the cost of the overall processes of new product development
·To support promotion campaign in creating and checking campaign content, as well as join in Marketing activities
·Forecast order and profit, Analyzing Retailer Sales performance to support stocking and Distribution
Job Requirements:
·At least 5 years related working experience
·Knowledgeable in production processes and best practices
·Communication skills are the must
·System work and detail oriented
·Good command of spoken and written English
·Problem identifying and problem solving oriented
