As a Quality Manager for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for ensuring LBL product or service quality: Ensure that the products or services produced by the company to meet established quality standards and customer.

Your responsibilities
Establishing and implementing strict quality inspection processes, quality management personnel can promptly identify and correct problems in the production or service process, thereby ensuring the quality of the final output
Helping to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Satisfying customers not only bring in more repeat customers, but may also bring in more new customers for the company through word-of-mouth communication
Preventing and solving quality problems, avoiding unnecessary waste and losses in the production or service process.
This helps to reduce poor quality costs and improve the company's economic efficiency
Conducting regular reviews and analyses of production or service processes, potential issues and areas for improvement are identified, analyzing the market, search & developing new suppliers and strictly monitoring and managing the suppliers’ performances

Your background
Bachelor or above degree, major in Quality management for business/manufacturing/ Engineering/service is preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience on products or business solutions quality management
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and quality analysis skills
High work responsibility, team cooperation
Excellent English in listening, speaking, and writing
