Job Description工作职责：

• Participate on building up the project logistics strategy for business managed by central team and localization implementation

• Prepare and support initiatives at local and global level to reduce logistics costs and develop synergies in respect of packaging, transportation and warehousing in project phase
• 在项目阶段支持和执行集团关于降低物流成本、开发包装、运输和仓储方面的策略
• Support the global Team and local plant for all projects linked with optimize and set up capacity packaging accounts management
• 支持集团团队和本地工厂进行所有与建立和优化存储容量和包装相关的项目
• Define, qualify and roll out packaging specifications
• 定义、验证和推行包装规范
• Participate to define together with Global SC to qualify and roll out logistics costs database for quick requires for new projects
• 与集团供应链团队一起定义、验证和推行物流成本数据库，以快速满足新项目的需求
• Prepare and support implementation about the set up for the new role within GG for SC Project
• 准备和支持供应链项目专员这一新角色在GG的建立和运行
• Responsible for new project logistic related work launch and implementation in plant(include layout/material flow/package concept/EDI/SAP system/customer delivery/production plan/raw-material and ECN tracking/third party logistic management/customer special requirement/related logistic contract or concept signup
• 负责新项目物流相关工作的启动实施，包括但不限于物流规划、物料流规划、包装方案完成、EDI SAP或客户web EDI系统在GG启动、客户交付及生产计划、原材料及变更跟踪、相关方物流公司的选择及启动管理、满足客户交付的特殊需求、供应链相关协议的审核签署。
• Responsible for standard logistic process and workload calculation and after SOP logistic related layout /process improve
• 负责物流部人员工作量核算及物流相关规划及流程标准化和提升
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of global concept for:
- Capacity confirmation process internally and externally
- PEP Process from Central Team
- Project phase supply chain checklist with cooperation on project

• Expert role for SCL project with the goal of ensuring that as many improvement potentials as possible are identified and implemented by actively contributing his/her personal qualification and personal process know-how.

• Contribute on define supply chain concepts & make logistics costs quotation for projects and define detailed supply chain solutions

- Packing costs and shipping costs accounting
- Customer communication, logistics agreement and packaging label determination in the new project phase
- Domestic customer transport terms are formulated, the third-party logistics company management

• Responsible for capacity confirmation in the RFQ phase and capacity confirmation in the customer portals in preserial bussiness (B2B)
• 负责询价阶段的存储容量确认和（B2B）中客户门户网站发布的容量确认
• Contribute with Global packaging specialist for WIP, finished production package design and validate and approve all new package and change from supplier / customers
• 与集团包装专员一起参与在制品、成品的生产包装设计以及验证和批准所有新包装以及供应商/客户的变更
• Design and testify all WIPs’ package design and change based on actual usage and conformity of process
• 基于实际使用情况和流程的一致性，设计和验证所有在制品的包装设计和变更
• Design and collect the information, complaint from customer about the package related to finished product and innovate if necessary
• 收集客户对成品相关包装的投诉，并在必要时进行设计和创新
• Lead the validation of package design and application from the supplier and involve in process audit with SQE and approve all package cards
• 领导供应商的包装设计和应用验证，并参与SQE的流程审核并批准所有包装卡
• Control package cost at plant level and distribute new conception and idea to Global
• 工厂层面控制总体成本，并将新概念和想法汇报给集团
• Comply with the company's EHS (environmental, health, safety) policy
• 遵守公司环境、职业健康及安全（EHS）方针及制度要求
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
• 主管领导安排的其它工作。


Qualifications任职要求:

• At least 2 years experience of similar position in automotive filed.
• 至少2年以上汽车行业同岗位工作经验
• College degree above
• 本科及以上学历.
• Good communication and negotiations skills
• 优秀的沟通和谈判技巧
• Good English skills and SAP skills
• 精通英语和SAP系统
• Skillful in CAD software
• 熟练使用CAD软件
• Basic knowledge of IATF16949
• 掌握IATF16949基本知识
• Excellent skills in project management
• 优秀的项目管理技能
