Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and negotiate different kinds of contracts covering BD, retail, and other functional departments.
2. Assist and support legal counsel to deal with ongoing legal matters, mainly regarding commercial, IP, compliance, and government inquiries.
3. Perform legal research and prepare legal documents; file and maintain legal document management systems and databases.
4. Assist in handling disputes related to products, e-commerce deals, etc., including litigation, arbitration, and administration procedures.
5. Assist in drafting IP infringement reports, collecting evidence/ information, and cooperating with HQ legal team and external lawyer to protect our IP rights.
6. Assist with other assignments as necessary.
Requirements,
1. LLB or above; at least 1-2 years’ experience in the legal field, either law firm or in-house legal experience is acceptable.
2. PRC Bar is preferred.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Proficient in both oral and written English.
5. A strong work ethic, diligent and conscientious working style.
