RISON is now inviting students and new graduates to put energy and analytical abilities on our Investment Research Internship Program.

This is a FULL-TIME and ON-SITE internship program. Interns are required to report duty in our office. Onboarding ASAP is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct investment research on diversified fields and generate down-to-earth insights on overview and prospect of target industries.

• Provide assistant research support to the team, including but not limited to collecting public information and data, supporting reports and presentations, fields and online research.

• Maintain daily communication works on public relationships.

Qualifications:

• P. R. China Citizen (including Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) or ligally permitted to work in P. R. China. No visa will be sponsered in this program.

• Outstanding academic performance. Bacholor or above. Background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred (but not essential).

• Experience and exposure to investment research or consulting is a plus (but not compulsory).

• Proficient in the Chinese and English Language. Cantonese is a plus.

• Strong in Microsoft Office Platform (Teams, Outlook, Excel).

• Self-motivated and able to work in a highly dynamic environment; Excellent communication skills; Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team; Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed.

- 学习成绩优异。本科或以上。具有会计、金融或经济学背景者优先（但并非必须）。
- 有投资研究或咨询经验者优先（但非必须）。
- 精通中英文。熟悉广东话为佳。
- 精通微软办公平台（Teams、Outlook、Excel）。
- 自我激励，能够在高度动态的环境中工作；优秀的沟通技巧；能够独立或与团队一起快速解决问题；热情、精力充沛，有成功的动力。
