工作职责 Responsibility
1、负责统筹本岗位的日常工作，本岗位的规章制度，程序文件、作业指导的制定、实施及执行。
◆Responsible for overall planning of daily work at this position,formulation,implementation and execution of regulations,procedures,and work instructions.
2、负责管理好国际客户关系，定期与客户会议项目进度，并汇报项目进度。
◆Responsible for managing international customer relationships,holding regular meetings with customers to report on project progress.
3、负责协调组织解决项目过程中技术上的难题，确保项目按时投产。
◆Responsible for coordinating and solving technical problems during project processes to ensure timely project delivery.
4、负责组织本岗位员工对专业技术知识和新工艺技术的学习，不断提高整体技术水平。 ◆Responsible for organizing employees at this position to learn professional and technical knowledge and new process technologies to continuously improve overall technical level.
其它任职资格要求 Other Qualifications Requirements
1、熟悉塑胶产品结构原理和常用塑料原材料的应用：
◆Familiar with the structural principles of plastic products and the application of common plastic raw materials;
2、熟悉项目开发流程，有国际客户项目管理经验：
◆Familiar with the project development process,with experience in managing international customer projects;
3、熟悉注塑模具结构和注塑工艺：
◆Familiar with injection mold structure and injection molding process;
4、熟悉全球宝洁、庄臣等国际客户的项目标准及验收要求：
◆Familiar with project standards and acceptance requirements of international customers such as P&G and SCJ;
5、了解冲压生产及工艺：
◆Understanding of stamping production and technology:
6、了解ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等质量管理体系:
◆Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9001,ISO14001,and ISO45001. 7、机械工程专业.

Majesty Holdings Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned company dedicated to the packaging industry. Majesty is committed to research & develop, design, manufacturing & distribution of daily chemical products and medical supplies. These include aerosol valves, dispensing pumps, mist sprayers, spray caps and inhalation drug delivery devices. Majesty has obtained more than 410 kinds of patents, offering technical solutions and product services to customers. It has branches in many countries and conducts business with customers who are located in many countries and regions, with 60% of the business in exporting and 40% for domestic sales.
Majesty Holdings Co., Ltd. history begin in 1988 and main factory located in No. 21 Health Road, Torch Development District, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China. Majesty’s plant covers an area more than 80,000 square meters while the facility covers about 100,000 square meters. It has comprehensive production capability of 6 billion sets of aerosol valves, 2 billion sets of dispensing pumps and 1 billion sets of spray caps. Majesty also has advanced manufacturing equipment and production facility. To support the advanced manufacturing environment, we have independent laboratory, engineering center and testing facility. Furthermore, Majesty Packaging Systems Limited has obtained Chinese Registration Certificate for Packaging Material and Container for Pharmaceutical Use (sectionⅠ). 1.工作制：五天八小时，若因工作情况有安排加班，则按劳动法标准另计加班费(普工综合收入为6000-9000元每月）。
