Purpose of the Job
·PS & CS Supplier development and management to support business objectives.
·Procurement system, procedure, tools establishment and continue optimizing to ensure healthy execution.
Top 5 key responsibilities of the position:
- ·Deploy procurement strategy and execution plan in line with business strategy and global/region procurement policy to support business growth.
- Supplier development and management for on-site service execution (CS mode), customer projects execution (PS mode); support on Service new offer development. Ensure Compliance.
- ·Set up mechanism for continual optimizing supplier base and performance in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery.
- ·Close teamwork with Commercial, Tender & PM to improve hit rate;
- ·Team management and perform other tasks & responsibilities assigned by line manager.

- ·A minimum of 5 years experiences of Procurement and Supplier management in Power or Indus
