Responsibility:
The position will be leading the Global Mobility Business in China Career team. He or she needs to
- Develop and lead global mobility related business. Responsible for the delivery of high quality products on schedule with necessary direction.

- Design and enhance products and deliverables for China market by leveraging global knowledge and experience.

- Works closely with client to understand client’s expectation and feedback for further improvement and final presentation.

- Identify market opportunities and challenges for Chinese company go global opportunities, and lead business development activities.

- Business develop new projects, develop overall project plan, coach project members on designing of interview outline, survey questionnaire, and etc.

- Represent Mercer in public conferences, workshops and seminars to promote existing offerings

- Lead global mobility related consulting projects and trainings.

- Coach and develop less experienced consultants in both technical and behavioural competencies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline. Master’s degree preferable.

- 8+ years working experience in HR related field or 5+ years of mobility consulting experience

- Sound client focus underpinned by strong C&B professional knowledge

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work proactively/motivationally as an independent contributor and as part of a broader team

- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to build successful business relationships with people at all levels

- Highly organized and efficient project management skills

- Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Willingness to travel to different cities
