岗位职责：
1、多语言译员招募资源；
2、对内对外承接交付项目，客户管理的工作经验；
3、管理翻译组人员、把控项目管理、工作质量、绩效考核；
4、项目成本、风险管理。
岗位要求：
1、base西安；
2、至少一门外语口语、读写流利；
3、大型翻译公司背景，有兼职译员管理经验；
4、3年以上相关工作经验。
