Ensure implementation of Occupational Safety & Fire safety standards, processes & guidelines in accordance with relevant legislation and requirements, to ensure legal compliance.
Major responsibilities
Organize or participate in the establishment of company and department Occupational Safety & Fire safety rules and regulations, standards and emergency response plans
Organize or participate in Occupational Safety & Fire safety training and education and evaluation process according to plans. Ensure proper documentation of them.
Implement safety and fire safety training and training materials. Monitor and evaluate the training result.
Organize or participate in the emergency rescue drill
Perform safety inspections, identify Occupational Safety & Fire safety hazards and raise suggestions for actions, and push the implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain records for safety inspections.
Organize OH&S process audit and internal audit.
Monitoring internal OH&S target achievement status and regular report in BBH-31 circle.
Provide focus, definition and technical expertise for the development of a proactive safety and IH plan that is consistent with company policies, vision, values and is in compliance with local and country safety and IH regulations.
Coordinate activities within the responsible department by ensuring that the relevant Occupational Safety & Fire safety legislation, standards and guidelines are complied with (also applicable to suppliers; business partners & visitors of the responsible business department.
Participate in identifying Occupational Safety & Fire safety hazards and risks within working area and each working procedure and provide suggestions on potential occupational disease and hazards control.
Advise safety engineer/planners/suppliers/ associates/ visitors regarding PPE requirements in accordance with relevant Occupational Health & Safety requirements & legislation
Ensure that all Occupational Safety & Fire safety relevant documentation and records are maintained and "audit ready".
Support Occupational Safety & Fire safety Incident investigation & reporting in accordance with the company guidelines.
Report Occupational Safety & Fire safety status to BBH-3 and responsible department management regularly.
Support business partners in the achievement of their targets and steer Occupational Safety & Fire safety key performance results of the department;
Conduct internal and external ISO45001 audits within the responsible technology (business) department and give feedback to the relevant management circles.
Qualifications:
Good command of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of ISO45001, and national laws, regulations with respect to safety management or fire safety management
Competency of related certification of safety
Interpersonal skills & Communication skills
English language: verbal, written & understanding
Strong organizational skills, teamwork ability effective time management, proficiency with being able to cope with pressure Competency of independent handling related occupational safety or fire safety issues
4-6 years‘ experience in safety management area, fire protection facilities maintenance or installation of fire protection facilities and experience in safety or fire safety management, preferably within the automotive industry Be familiar with ISO45001 certification
