This position is based in Guangzhou Branch Office, under the employment of East Asia Digital Information Services (Guangdong) Limited (EADIS).

East Asia Digital Information Services (Guangdong) Limited, established in 2002, provides back-office support on Technology and Operations services to cater for the growth needs of the Bank’s Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and overseas operations.
Responsibilities
• Assist the EADIS IT Centre Head to oversee and manages the IT operations in Guangzhou (GZ) office.

• Assist Senior Information Security Manager in collecting statistics on expenses for information security.

• Be responsible for managing technical evaluation about cloud security.

• Proactive mitigate cloud and information security risks and respond to security incidents.

• Ensure the cloud and information security related projects are delivered on time & relevant controls are performed accurately & properly according to the Bank’s standard procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate existing infrastructure and identifying potential threats.

• Build and implement cloud security services and controls.

• Monitor cloud systems and detect threats.


Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent;

• Preferable over 10 years’ experience IT in sector cover the following:

At least 2 years with one or more cloud service providers and cloud security certification desired;

At least 5 years in technology audit or 1st line information security risk management;

At least 5 years in a team lead/management role;

• Technical background, understanding of cloud services, security technologies, security controls and security best practice;

• Proficient in security capabilities, particularly in a cloud environment, and wider general security best practice;

• Understanding of how to properly configure security settings for cloud servers to avoid exposed data;

• Good project management and leadership skill;

• A team leader with good communication skills and risk awareness;

• Certified in CISSP, CISA or related professional certification;

• Self-motivated and good problem solving skills;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese is a must.
