RESPONSIBILITIES AND SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES:
1. MANAGEMENT
Lead, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of your team according to the "Socomec Leadership Model" and in line with the values ??of Openness, Commitment and Responsibility
2. TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
Define standard skills needs, evaluate and develop know-how in relation to ambition.
Develop relationships and strategic partnerships with suppliers, universities and/or laboratories and work in strong collaboration with Research and other areas of the Business Line.
3.AUDIT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Manage audits and carry out studies
- Promote continuous improvement, while guaranteeing the link between professions
4.BUDGET
Determine and manage the service operating budget (OPEX)
5.SECURITY
Guarantee compliance with safety standards and develop and promote the culture and develop skills on the subject.
6.ARCHITECTURE
Create reliable, consistent, efficient, scalable architectures that meet product requirements and time to market.
Optimize the re-use of developments.
7.PROCESSUS AND STANDARDS
Guarantee compliance with the design process and applicable technical standards (quality, documentation, review, etc.).
Define and deploy standard design rules and methods in its businesses. Define and propose process improvements and new tools for better efficiency and quality.
8.INNOVATION STRATEGY AND PARTNERSHIPS
Identify technological risks & opportunities and implement the technological innovation strategy.
Promote anticipatory activities to explore new customer-oriented solutions, new methods or new tools to improve efficiency.
9.TECHNOLOGICAL AND STANDARDS SURVEY
Ensure permanent technological monitoring of the active regulations / standards.
Skills:
1. Technical Skills
Tools and methodology in project management : specification, FMEA (risk analysis), validation, qualification, certification
Knowledge in electrical devices for power distribution / measurement Good scientific knowledge in mechanics / electronic hardware and firmware
Good knowledges in standards / regulation processes and applications Knowledge of the world of industry in all its aspects: economic, social, technological
Marketing culture
Very good general knowledge of new technologies (eco-design, energy efficiency, renewable energy, etc.
