Job Responsibilities：
IT systems Integrations:
Oversee the design, development and implementation of new systems designs ensuring that various business needs are met
Prior experience of working with IT systems that power logistics and e-commerce platforms
Prior integration experience within IT systems from business requirement gathering, user story documentation and working wit IT Development is desirable
Project Management & Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills. Able to organize loose information into structure and easy to understand format.
Strong Project management skill is required. Knowledge in process documentation, process improvement or resources allocation is preferred.
Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions.
Experience in service logistics, finished goods shipments, supply chain, integration or warehouse re-location is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in SAP, IT project management, SOP governance is preferred
Passionate in driving continuous improvement
Self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
Strong in time management. Ability to prioritize and lead multiple concurrent projects and implementations.
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, willing and excited to work with a global team and attend or hold meeting with attendee from different time zones

Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Studies/Engineering/Math or equivalent; Open to accept Diploma holders given that they have at least 2-3 years relevant experiences.
Prior firsthand experience of working alongside IT professionals for development of IT products and rolling out new features
Strong working knowledge about UAT process, test cases preparation, environment curation and running UAT tests
Good working knowledge in Supply Chain applications especially relating to Delivery Management System & Processes / Logistics.
People Management, Project Management, IT Management, Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
