Main Responsibility:


- Partner with cross-functional team to drive growth of international sellers’ business in Global Inbound Program.

- Motivate sellers to partnership with Global Inbound Program and enable the sellers’ capability and willingness in Global Inbound Program to drive GMV continuously.

- Get a better understanding of the seller's expectations and requirements by actively asking for feedback and searching for opportunities to improve.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve disputes and issues, identify areas of improvement and drive optimizations.

- Maintain standard and professional Logistics course and Knowledge Base to help seller better understand logistics principles.

- Review and setup new logistics channels and manage global inbound program for Walmart marketplace.
Requirement:

- Proficiency in oral and written English.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce logistics industry with seller management role. Experience in freight forwarding and ocean carrier operations is a plus.

- Quick learner, ability to handle details and having strong ownership of the task, willing to grow with the business.

- Have good data analysis skills and be sensitive to numbers, capable of critical thinking & problem solving.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
