岗位职责：1、利用淘宝千牛等在线工具，了解客户的需要，解答客户问题，通过有效的沟通，促成交易（不需要打电话）；2、通过软件，处理淘宝店铺客户订单， 帮助客户查询跟踪物流情况；3、积极处理退换货及其他售中售后问题，增强顾客满意度；4、与客户建立良好的联系，熟悉及挖掘客户需求；5、具备一定的销售能力解答顾客提问，引导顾客进行购买，促成交易；6、不断接受公司的各项业务和技能提升培训，完成上级交代的其他工作。任职资格：1、高中及以上学历，熟悉简单的办公软件，打字速度在50字以上，年龄18-30岁，可接受应届毕业生；2、良好的表达能力，善于交流，开拓能力强，能承受工作压力，适应能力强，吃苦耐劳，勤奋好学；3、热爱销售，上进心强，勇于挑战高薪；4、性格开朗，有较强的交际能力。
