弹性工作
1、负责公司产品互感器设计技术方案论证和技术方案评审； 2、负责公司所有互感器材料选择，加工工艺规范建立及优化，提升产品稳定性； 3、协助研发及生产部门处理出现的各类互感器不良问题并进行分析改善；4、关键电磁性能的仿真分析； 5、新材料、新工艺的应用推动和落地； 6、关键参数的指标提升，疑难问题的攻克解决。6、设计低成本高温微型流量计。
任职要求：1、本科及以上学历，5年以上变压器、互感器、电机等产品设计研发或工艺经验； 2、精通互感器、变压器产品基本原理及关键参数；3、精通铁心、磁芯、绕线、灌胶等相关材料或工艺；4、熟悉变压器、互感器相关国家标准、熟练掌握绘图软件；5、有电磁仿真经验者优先；
5、勇于担当，主动分析，掌握一定的沟通技巧，有极强的团队意识.。
