职责描述
1、制定并实施全面的风险管理策略，覆盖企业战略、经营管理、财务管理、人力资源管理 等，确保 企业整体 业务活动的风险得到全面监控；
2、建立并维护内部控制体系，包括公司治理结构、组织机构设置与权责分配、企业文化、人力资源政策、内部审计机制、反舞弊机制 、 财务流程、信息系统，以确保公司运营活动符合法规要求，且风险得到及时发现和防范；
3、深入分析和评估公司财务和业务活动中的潜在风险，提出详实的风险防控方案，并监督实施，确保公司的长期稳健经营；
4、组织和推动公司内部风险培训，提高员工对风险意识的认知水平，培养全员参与风险管理的文化；
5、持续监测市场和行业动态，深度分析市场趋势，预测潜在的市场风险，为公司战略制定提供有针对性的风险管理建议。
理想的求职者
1、具有统招本科（一本）或以上学历，财会类、审计等相关专业等相关专业；
2、具备10年以上大中型企业内部控制项目工作经验，具备 5 年以上项目管理岗位工作经验。
3、具有企业内控体系搭建、制度建立及完善等实操经验、能力；
4、熟练掌握和运用先进的内控理论和方法、内控评价方法、行业相关法律法规
5、文字功底深厚，信息处理能力强，能够独立推进内控管理工作并撰写报告；
