Position Description:
•Work closely with leaders, function Finance Leaders as well as senior leadership in strategy, operations, and finance, including financial control, tax, audit, treasury, financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
•Manage financial planning and forecasting processes to produce robust plans for business, analyze and develop a fundamental understanding of service markets, economic factors and market trends to forecast ahead of the industry
•Identify business and operational potentials, be a champion of change management and the drive for continuous business growth and improvement to address senior executive imperatives
•Provide insight to management on overall hi-level financial performance, balance sheet risk, internal control weakness, statutory filing status, ad hoc projects status and pending tax matters
•Regular budget and cost management, improve efficiencies and costs control across the business
•Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
•Leading, mentoring and provide guidance to Finance team members.

Position Requirements:
•Fluent Mandarin and English
•15+ years solid finance experience
•Qualified Accountant of CPA / ACCA or equivalent and highly experienced in Financial Control and FP&A
•A mature leader with proven track record, build attract retain upgrade the org and capability
•An intelligent, ambitious, commercially curious and dynamic strategic finance professional
•Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge, commercially astute with the ability to contribute to a global strategy
•Able to deliver good results in a fast paced, demanding environment
•Composed, highly motivated and loves challenges
•International work experience and education is highly valued
•An organized team player, with an ability to utilize their own initiative, willing to tackle a range of tasks from admin through to project ownership
•Results-driven, creative in approach
Strong knowledge in US GAAP and CAS
