岗位职责：
1.Packaging design team daily management, and lead the team member to be actively & proactively to complete the packaging related activities.
包装设计团队的日常管理，并领导团队积极主动完成包装的相关工作。
2. Responsible for providing the packaging solutions for all the new projects including the NPD, Line Extension and Rebranding and well managing the packaging development process under Tollgate process to ensure the solution can meet expected quality, cost target within the agreed-on timeline. The packaging solution will cover finished goods, components made in-house and from suppliers.
负责为所有新项目提供包装解决方案，包括新产品开发，生产线扩建和品牌重塑，并在Tollgate流程下管理好包装开发过程，以确保解决方案能够在约定时间内达到预期的质量和成本目标。包装解决方案将涵盖成品，内部和供应商制造的组件。
3.Ability to define & develop the packaging specification and well manage the external resources to provide the packaging solutions against Filterpro specification within the agreed-on timeline with quality and the leader shall review & approve the solution in person or via delegation before the implementation.
定义和发展包装规范，并管理好外部资源，在约定时间内提供符合Filterpro规范的包装解决方案，并保证质量，并且在实施之前，领导应亲自或通过委托审核和批准解决方案。
4.Partner with sourcing to improve the external resources capacity & capability on packaging design engineering to support the growing business needs.
与采购部门合作，提高外部资源在包装设计工程方面的能力，以支持不断增长的业务需求。
5.Improve the efficiency of the packaging development process by continuous improvement/streamline of the standard process, procedure, and design guideline.
通过持续改进/精简标准流程、程序和设计指引来提高包装开发过程的效率。
6.Collaborate with cross function and supplier to deliver the packaging solution including the drawing, BOM, samples evaluation and approval…etc.
与跨部门和供应商合作，提供包装解决方案，包括图纸，BOM，样品评估和批准等。
7.Responsible for both of packaging construction and graphic design with compliance to product specifications, industrial standards and regulations as required.
根据产品规格、行业标准和法规要求，负责包装结构和平面设计。
8.Take lead in the packaging/label related ECR change and work with cross function to implement the change.
领导与包装/标签相关的ECR变更，并与其他部门合作完成变更手续。
9.Proactively support the production/quality for any issue/improvement of the packaging.
主动支持生产/质量的任何问题/改进包装。
10.Responsible for packaging VAVE to achieve the cost saving goals.
负责VAVE的包装以达成成本节约的目标。
11.Ensure all the packaging documents will be managed & maintained per company policies.
确保所有包装文件按照公司政策进行管理和维护。
12.Actively engage in the packaging technologies development including new material, process of the packaging to support the green design with the balance of cost.
积极参与包装技术开发，包括新材料，包装工艺，以支持绿色设计与成本的平衡。
13.Provide packaging engineering support to other BUs for packaging design as needed.
根据需要为其他业务部门的包装设计提供包装工程支持。

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
2. 5-8 years of experience in packaging and artwork design.
5-8年包装及美术设计经验。
3. Understanding of packaging MFG process such as cardboard box printing, label and plastic bag etc.
了解纸箱印刷、标签、塑料袋等包装生产工艺。
4. Good team and can-do spirit.
良好的团队合作精神和积极进取精神
5. Skillful in packaging/label development software and MS Office.
熟练使用包装/标签开发软件和微软办公软件。
6.Basic English reading and writing skills. Oral English would be an advantage.
基本的英语读写能力，会口语的优先。
7.Experiences in managing external resources for packaging solutions will be an advantage.
具有包装解决方案外部资源管理经验者优先。
