a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
• Have experience on seats electrical parts(Sensor, Actuator, heater etc)，familiar with part function analyzing and definition
• 座椅电器件(加热垫/SBR等)相关开发经验,了解相关零件功能及分析
• Make Part function test plan and evaluate results experience.
• 有零件功能试验大纲制作及结果评价经验
• Problem analyzing regarding seat function in the car or during test.
• 在实车或实验过程中有问题分析的能力
• Good English communication skills
• 具有良好的英语沟通能力
• Team leader with good organization and problem-solving skills.
• 具有团队合作精神和良好的组织和解决问题的能力
• Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment.
• 对国际化项目感兴趣并可灵活调动
b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验.
• At least 3 years’ experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company
• 至少3年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的工作经验
• Skilled to use CANoe and ODIS systems.
• 有CANoe和OIES软件经验者更佳
• Bachelor or master degree in automation, electrical, vehicle engineering.
• 自动化，电子电器，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
• Seat function definition and feasibility check,
• 座椅电器件功能定义及可行性检查
• Function test result record and evaluation
• 功能实验结果的记录及评价
• To finish relevant technical document（RFQ, Release document, change management ,problem management…）
• 完成相关伴随文档(RFQ,发放文件,设计变更管理,问题清单管理)
• Associating with customers and suppliers to solve problems in design
• 与客户和供应商相关人员接洽，解决设计中出现的问题。
• Tracing the design process and maintenance list of problems
• 跟踪设计进度、维护问题清单
• Managing data; Editing and updating the new design manual
• 数据管理；编制与更新设计手册
• All other tasks assigned by superior.
