主要职责：
带领EHS和CSR团队负责集团印尼工厂的日常CSR & EHS工作，包含但不限于以下内容
1.环境管理：负责制定和实施环境管理计划，确保工厂遵守环境法规和标准。监测和评估环境影响，制定和执行相关的环境保护措施，包括废物管理、噪音控制等。
2.健康与安全管理：负责制定和实施健康与安全管理计划，确保工厂提供安全的工作环境。组织评估工作场所的危险性和风险，制定安全规程和操作程序，培训员工有关安全事宜，并监督遵守相关的法规和标准。
3.事故预防与应急响应：制定预防事故的措施，开展风险评估、安全培训、事故调查等，组织消防、化学品等事故应急演练。
4.法规合规：跟踪和更新相关的环境、健康与安全法规，确保工厂遵守当地和国家的法规要求。参与审查和评估新法规对工厂运营的影响，并提供合规建议。
5.内部培训与沟通：开展内部培训，提高员工的环境、健康与安全意识和知识水平。与员工和管理层沟通，通过组织培训等活动提升企业安全文化。
6.数据分析与报告：收集、分析和报告与EHS、可持续发展相关的数据和指标。编制定期的报告，向管理层提供有关工厂EHS绩效的信息。
7.隐患排查和整改：负责进行定期的隐患排查和评估工作场所中的安全和健康风险。通过检查设备、工作流程和工作环境，识别潜在的隐患和不安全因素。提供整改建议和措施，并跟进确保隐患得到及时解决和整改。
8.体系和认证：负责工厂IETP/SMETA/RBA/SCAN/HIGG/EcoVadis/ISO14001/ISO45001等体系的日常运作和认证。
9.可持续发展：推动节能减排项目和策略，推动碳减排目标的达成。
要求：
1.全日制本科或以上学历，5年以上工作经验
2.具有东南亚地区常驻社会责任和EHS管理工作经验，熟悉当地法规和文化，熟悉IETP等社会责任标准。
3.具有良好的领导力和执行力、抗压能力强、工作细心
4.语言：中英文流利（必须），印尼本地语言（加分）
