We are looking for a candidate responsible for sales outside of China. The candidate will be responsible for the sales expansion outside of China, incl. ASEAN, Mideast and rest of regions, finding new customers and developing new market.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Lead sales team to develop the customers in the target market, make monthly and annual customer development plans, and achieve the sales target. The main work includes
1) Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, Execute corporate sales strategy to achieve sales target
2) Set up team responsibility and work plan in term of sales target. Manage team results and report out to management team
3) Complete routine contract operations and sales orders. Organize and arrange internal teams to provide support and service according to customers' needs
4) Make sales plans by regions, maintain existing customers, develop new customers, and achieve sales growth
2. Formulate B2B marketing and branding strategies. Formulate B2B2C marketing and branding strategies that reach out to end consumers in products such as consumer apparels, home textiles, wet wipes and a wide variety of personal hygiene products
3. Collect information of target customers, competitors and market, and provide timely feedback to support the management to form pricing and sales policy.
4. Provide necessary support to assist in market development and product promotion, organize target customers to participate in customer events organized by the company, and cooperate with the fabric development team to find suitable yarn supply
Education/Experience
1. High energy and result-oriented individual with at least 15 years’ experience in multi-national company with significant leadership track record.
2. Proven commercial success in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing and sales of commodity products to manage sizable business.
3. Process all-round commercial skill and experience which include proven marketing experience with result, good analytical skill dealing with details and numbers, and some exposure and experience in supply chain management.
4. Excellent communication and inter-personal skill both in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
5. More than 50% of business trips are expected
6. Familiar with ASEAN and Mideast culture are preferred
7. Bachelor Degree from a University with related field of study; MBA is an advantage.
