主要职责

销售、运营管理

• Provide effective administrative support to the sales team，assist in the authorized documents application and entry/exit procedures

为销售团队提供有效的行政支持，包含日常所需资质和授权文件的申请、人员入/离职的手续办理

• Complete sales data statistics, update and maintain regional and individual sales performance

完成销售数据的统计和追踪工作，更新与维护区域和个人销售表现

• Use database or other system to track sales data timely and form sales reports

运用数据库或者其他系统实时跟踪销售数据并且形成销售报告

• Communicate with sales to get the actual contract demand and sales forecast

与销售沟通并得到合同实际需求以及销售预测

• Draft sales documents, sales plans, and sales reports

起草销售文件、销售计划、销售报告

• Draft and sign distributor contracts and authorizations, communicate with distributors, handle daily affairs, manage distributor orders and maintain data。

起草和签署经销商合同及授权，与经销商沟通，处理日常事务，管理经销商订单及数据


QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to discover and solve personalized data requirements for sales needs

能够发现和解决销售需要的个性化的数据需求

• Ability to accept challenges and changes, have strong learning and critical thinking

能够接受挑战和变化，有较强的学习能力和思辨能力

• Strong communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability, can actively promote the implementation of projects and action plans

具备良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力，能够积极主动的推进项目和行动计划的执行

• Proficient in Office software

熟练使用各类办公软件

EDUCATION
• Bachelor or above

学士及以上

EXPERIENCE
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working experience

2年以上相关工作经验
