You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems, or have the equivalent experience.
A Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification would be beneficial, showcasing your dedication to progress.
Your background includes hands-on experience in D365 and business application support, troubleshooting, or a similar role. You possess a strong grasp of application architectures, ERP processes, and database management.
