我们的客户是一家D+轮腾讯领投的SaaS公司，垂类赛道占较大市场份额；
工作内容
1）策划并设计公司级业务变革蓝图和方案，包括但不限于变革策略的设计、变革的整体方案设计、实施和监控；
2）负责全面的变革项目管理，包括项目的规划、执行、监控和终止阶段，确保项目的顺利实施并达到预期的业务目标；
3）与业务部门、IT紧密配合协同，确保变革方案承接满足业务需要，并方案可落地；
4）组织并制定公司的战略规划，组织制定公司年度经营计划、目标分解以及实施方案等，定期监督与检查完成情况，推动战略规划有效落地，确保战略目标的实现。

理想的求职者
1）具备全日制本科及以上学历，有相关专业背景者优先；
2）8年以上中大型公司相关岗位工作经验， 具备变革管理、战略管理等相关经验；负责公司端到端业务流程设计，主导过至少一个业务领域的变革项目并成功落地；
3）备良好的策略思考和问题解决能力，能够从战略层面对公司的业务进行规划和设计；
4）具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够有效地跨领域推动各项工作进展；
5）较强的前瞻性思维，敏锐的感知与洞察力；精力充沛，有较强的主动性和成就驱动；善于沟通引导，具备较强的向上和横向沟通协调能力。
