职位描述:
1. 配合销售人员完成公司客户端产品使用技术支持；
2. 负责与客户沟通产品的使用与维护问题；
3. 参与项目管理及客户关系管理工作；
4. 协助技术部对产品问题进行反馈和跟进；
5. 完成上级安排的其他任务。
Job description:
1. Cooperate with Sales to complete technical support for Company's Customers;
2. Responsible for communicating with Customers on product use and maintenance issues;
3. Participate in project management and customer relationship management;
4. Assist R&D department to resolve Feedback and follow-up issues;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，自动化，电子或机械类相关专业；
2. 具有1~2年的自动化测试经验者优先；
3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神以及较强的学习能力
4. 具备良好的服务意识，积极主动的工作态度，能承受一定的工作压力
5. 具备独立工作能力和良好的团队合作精神。
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in automation, electronics or machinery;
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in automated testing are preferred;
3. Have good communication and coordination skills;
4. Have a good sense of service, a proactive work attitude;
5. Have the ability to work independently.
