Responsibilities:职责
1. Support the CMF feasibility analysis: CMF可行性分析
Supporting the feasibility analysis before freeze design alternations with other teams include R&D, suppliers, headquarter designers. Trying to avoid the misunderstanding between related teams to CMF. optimizing the make-up sheet more precisely.
支持定案前与R&D,供应商,总部设计师等的可行性分析;避免团队间的CMF方案的误解以及支持对MUS文件精确的优化。
2. Evaluate and optimize the CMF samples: CMF样品的评估与优化
Evaluating the samples and presenting the modification requirement. Ensuring the related suppliers understand and support to communication. Avoiding the jagged CMF qualities from suppliers. contact manufacturers and suppliers to ensure design intent targets are maintained through mass production.
对CMF样品进行评估并给出优化要求;确保供应商的正确理解与支持性的沟通从而避免良莠不齐的CMF品质;持续的工厂与供应商的沟通确保设计意图能够很好的在量产产品中的实施。
3. support CMFP systematic management: CMF系统性的管理
Supporting systematic samples management with headquarter CMF designers and graphic designers in different sets and categories products. Develop and review final CMF to match the golden samples for its accuracy and durability.
与总部CMF设计师,平面设计师一同针对不同品类产品进行系统化的样品管理;从精度与耐久性上开发CMF方案并尽可能的匹配最终样品。
4. CMF marketing and tendency research: CMF市场与趋势研究
Supporting the regular marketing research and product tendency. Stay on top of the latest CMF technologies, manufacturing methods and present regularly.
支持定期的市场与产品趋势的研究;持续对于最新CMF技术,制造方法的了解并进行定期的汇报。
Desired Skills/Experience: 技能与经验
1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or similar.
工业设计或者相关专业的本科学历
2. 1-2 years of design experience and good written English and daily communication.
1-2年的设计相关经验,优先的英语读写和日常沟通
3. A great sensitivity to color, aesthetics, and materiality, and stay on top of the latest CMF technologies and manufacturing methods.
对颜色,美感,材质等的敏感性;关注最新的CMF技术和制造方法
4. Highly organized and ability to prioritize deadlines/deliverables with understanding of schedule impacts

5. The ability to work directly with manufacturers and suppliers on multiple programs simultaneously.
