This role will support both the Graphic Designer and the Event&Trade Marketing Supervisor in the execution of marketing strategies for 3 major brands of Calzedonia Group in China Mainland: Calzedonia, Intimissimi and Falconeri. Daily activities focus on the so called ‘below the line’ materials for in store communication, consumer events and store ad hoc set up, plus all the ongoing marketing matters that involves point of sales (gadgets, co-marketing, wechat posts etc.)
Main Responsibilities:
- Conceive original in store materials or adapt Headquarter ones at graphic level, ensuring consistency with each brands' communication and visual codes.
- Creatively contribute to gadget definition and proximity co-marketing initiatives detection (Partnership scouting and negotiation).
- Manage logistic flow: from production with selected suppliers to delivery of materials in store.
- Support the conception and organization of in store events aiming at driving traffic and engage consumers.
- Monitor and report costs as well as results of in stores marketing initiatives.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
- Ability to operate Mac and expert in Adobe CS5, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign etc.
- Working experiences in fashion companies and/or creative agencies or as freelance are a plus.
- Passionate about visual design in the context of trade/stores.
- Detail-oriented.
- Friendly, outgoing & optimistic personality. Plus hard working and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamworking skills.
- Native Chinese speaker and Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Excited to collaborate and learn within a team of cross-disciplinary marketers.
