Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:

* Specific process quality control, such as grinding, assembly
* 特定过程的质量控制
* Maintain inspection records quality related
* 维护与质量相关的检验记录和文件
* Implement and upgrade the QMS i.e. working instruction related QC
* 实施和升级质量管理体系，即与质量管理相关的工作指导书
* Implement inspection and testing plan(product audit、process audit)
* 实施检验和测试计划(产品审核、过程审核)
* Drive of 8D report for  quality accident.( grinding, assembly)
* 负责8D质量事故报告(研磨、装配)
* Cooperate with the project team to achieve project objectives, such as schedule, quality, PPAP delivery, etc.
* 配合项目团队完成项目目标，如进度，质量，PPAP交付等
* Participate in new project APQP activities, ensure quality requirements are passed to the project team and supervise their implementation, ensure all relevant quality documents are completed according to requirements and new project quality is controlled
* 参与新项目的APQP活动，确保质量要求传递给项目组并监督其执行，确保所有相关质量文件按照要求完成以及新项目质量受控
* Other reasonable tasks assigned by quality leader and quality manager
* 其他质量主管和质量经理安排的合理的工作
Required Skills and Experiences技能和经验要求:

* 3 -5 years experience in auto industry preferably as a quality engineer
* 3 -5年汽车行业质量管理工程师经验
* 1 or more years process quality management experience
* 1年以上过程质量经历
* Bachelor degree, with major in Mechanical
* 本科学历，机械工程相关专业
* Be familiar with bearing basic knowledge and manufacturing process
* 熟悉轴承基础知识和加工制造流程
* Experience implementing ISO9000 and TS16949/QMS/VDA6.3/VDA6.5
* 熟悉ISO9000以及TS16949/QMS/VDA6.3/VDA6.5
* Be familiar with product quality tools, such as SPC/MSA/8D report/P-FMEA/A3/5why, etc.
* 熟练使用各种质量工具，如SPC/MSA/8D report/P-FMEA/A3/5why等
* Familiar with office software
* 熟练使用计算机与办公软件Good at problem analysis and problem solving. Have good ability of
* communication and spontaneous.
* 良好的问题分析与解决能力, 具有良好的沟通与自发能力Proficient in written English,
* listening and speaking ability
* 熟练的英语书写听说能力
