Position Summary:
Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Engineer to take responsibility for of Auto product proliferation, yield improvement, BOM and Part number maintenance in Subcon, New product introduction in Subcon, PPAP and other related documents creation and maintenance for auto products;

What You Will Do:
• Lead new generation die proliferation projects in Subcon;
• Lead auto rear lighting L1 product transfer from inhouse to Subcon projects;
• Oversee subcon process yield, report yield performance weekly, monthly and quarterly, lead yield improvement projects;
• Manage die sales part number and L1 commercial part number lifecycle, maintain product BOM master list;
• Work with product marketing and supply chain team on new customer phase in and customer sample preparation;
• Support Die design team to continues improvement on Die performance;
• Manage new Machine Buyoff and Process Buyoff in subcon;
• Check and review subcon production management documentation: PFMEA, Control Plan, WI, OCAP;


What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):
• Experienced in Product Engineering/Process Engineering/Supplier quality management work (min 2 years, preferably in Semicon / ESM industry)
• Participated in deploying new products (take over from R&D and enter mass production)
• 1~2 years project management experience with cross function team members
• Fluent in both spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications:
• Product oriented thinking, “DfM mindset”
• Knowledge in statistics, DoE design and execution, CpK definition
• IATF requirement knowledge related to PE role covered areas
• Team player with good communication skills
