TITLE: Customer Experience Executive



REPORTS TO: Customer Experience Manager

CX = Customer Experience

General Role
• The CX Executive will play a key role in assist customer events, campaigns preparation, tracking and report. This role should have creative ideas to inspire event proposal; attitude of attention to details to support events implementation and team work spirit to proceed with multi-functional communication.

Major responsibilities:
• Assist CX manager to accomplish in store customer events to provide delightful experience and increase client engagement, including tracking preparations, follow-ups, on-site supports, collect feedbacks from customer and stores and conduct event report.

• Be responsible for customer gifting with collaboration with internal and external partners, support on gifting design process, communicate with stores for the operation and collect feedback to ensure the program procced smoothly.

• Assist the design and implement of bespoke events. Be able to lead a bespoke event’s preparation and execution with supervision of manager, including bidding, communication with vendors and stores.

• Coordinate client hospitality in all related events. Implement customer care and hospitality arrangement, coordinate with stores to ensure client hospitality details to achieve customer satisfactory.

• Contribute inspirational ideas to support store operation in terms of customer experience.

• CX administration tasks, including documents updates and consolidation, payment management, application of MEO and BPM, etc.

Requirements & Capabilities:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above.

2. At least 2 years of client experience related role or retail working experience, understand store daily operation and retail business model.

3. Strong communication and execution skill.

4. Excellent English communication skills in both verbal & written English.

5. Familiar with office software, excel and PPT

6. Strong ownership and accountability, self-driven initiative and willing to learn and grow.

7. Sense of Luxury, working experience in luxury industry is a plus.
