Who you are:
o   Leading the planning and execution of robots related projects to increase the whole manufacturing automation level.
o   Collecting current equipment/process development demands, carry out research and feasibility analysis in the early stage as well as project progress supervision.
About the job:
Be responsible for:
o   Leading the planning and execution of robots related projects to improve the production efficiency/quality/workshop environment and reducing cost.
o   Increasing the whole manufacturing automation level according to the enterprise strategy and management team requirement.
o   Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
o   Managing project budget, plan and schedule project timelines.
o   Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
o   Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Establishing and nurturing productive working relationships with internal/external partners.
o   Support and execute Digital projects / to play active role in digitalization, automation and robotization.
o   Perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager.

Qualifications & experience:
o    Bachelors / master’s degree
o    Mechanical/industrial engineer, Automation is preferable
o    Minimum 5 years in industrial robots related job experience.
o    Familiar with Industrial robot application and lead the robots launch projects independently and successfully.
o    Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
o    Influencing and leading.
