岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品国际市场的销售及推广；
2、根据市场营销计划，完成部门销售指标；能够全面分析全球市场的需求；
3、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4、建立、优化公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度；
5、管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。
6、收集整理相关市场发展趋势、需求变化和客户反馈数据信息。
7、能独立建立团队，具备一定的团队管理能力。
8、参加各类对外贸易展会，挖掘跟踪意向客户；
9、具有顽强的毅力，具备开拓挑战精神
任职要求：
1、具有较好的英语水平和口语能力，掌握一定的销售管理理论。
2、熟悉外贸出口流程。
3、有良好的市场判断和开拓能力，擅于公关交际，有突出的谈判和应变能力。
具有较强的事业心、团队合作精神和独立处事能力，勇于开拓和创新
4、有2年外贸团队管理工作经验；5年以上业务工作经验
