About the Role:

OpusTwo.AI (Stealth Mode), a pioneering venture incubated by North Beta Labs, is in search of a forward-thinking Development Director with a profound comprehension of decentralized technologies, token omics, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain technology. This role will be responsible for leading our technical operations, guiding our growth in the Generative AI Decentralized GPU Cloud sector, and driving our expansion into the Web3 space. This role will be pivotal in broadening our global presence and will be based in any city in China.

North Beta Labs is a player in the Capital Markets sector, uniquely integrating investment, investment banking, and community building to support innovative and high-growth companies worldwide. With a specific focus on the AI sector, North Beta Labs has incubated a GPU NCP (a NVidia Cloud Services Provider) from Singapore. North Beta Labs aims to develop an AI infrastructure and Application Layer to provide GPU services globally, leveraging both dedicated (web2) and decentralized (web3) GPU power for users to enterprises.
How you will add value

1.Technical Leadership: Supervise the technical aspects of OpusTwo.AI, including the development and optimization of the Opus Two Network, a secure, transparent, and decentralized cloud computing marketplace. Ensure the successful implementation of decentralized technologies, including dePIN, web2, and web3.

2.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other executives to align the company’s technology resources with its short-term and long-term goals. Contribute to the company’s strategic plans to expand across the US and Dubai.

3.Team Building: Assemble and manage a high-performing team of Web3 professionals, including UX/UI Designers, Full Stack Developers, CyberSecurity experts, and others. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.

4.Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, GPU, blockchain technology, and Web3, and incorporate new technologies into the company’s operations and services. Drive innovation in the AI Decentralized GPU Cloud sector.

5.Product Development: Lead the development of the Opus Two Network, ensuring it serves as a world-class AI Decentralized GPU Cloud. This includes overseeing the off-chain computing power trading network and the blockchain layers that handle payments.

6.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders within the Opus Two Ecosystem. This includes ensuring a fair and effective incentive structure for GPU users and maximizing the benefits for suppliers.
We are excited about you because you have

1.BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

2.Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role, ideally at a startup or fast-growing technology company.

3.Deep understanding of technological trends to build strategy, including dePIN, web2, web3, cloud services and infrastructure, tokenomics, and blockchain technology.

4.Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

5.Leadership and organizational abilities in building and scaling technical teams.

6.Strategic thinking and strong communication skills.

7.Problem-solving aptitude.
Additional Requirements:

1.Proven track record of delivering successful technology products.

2.Deep knowledge of blockchain and decentralised technologies.

3.Experience working with smart contracts, DAOs, and related technologies.

4.Familiarity with relevant security and audit standards.

5.At least 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

6.Extensive experience working with Solidity and smart contracts to develop the MVP of the platform independently.
