Responsibilities:
Handle RFQs/RFIs response mainly on Air and Ocean, but not limited to PO Management, Warehousing & Domestics Transportation
Coordinate with respective departments to consolidate the informative data for the tenders (RFQs/RFIs) submission in accurate and timely manner
Preparing reports and analysing cost management and capacity management data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and internal/external customer satisfaction.
Interact with company pricing parties and understand their local access product offerings
Provide assistance to the team for all matters related to Rate update/maintenance, Rate mapping, Rate Audits, Rate validations (Carrier, Co-loader, and AP/AR), Space management & Reporting. Updating Cargo Wise One system with any rates as required, e.g. Detention / Demurrage.
Requirements:
3-5 years related working experience in Freight forwarding.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative working attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good English speaking and writing (CET 4 or above) and a Cantonese preferred
- Good command of MS-Office
