• Hands-on Project management (70%)

o Plan – Define the WBS and project schedule

o Monitoring & Tracking – Requirement management, risk & issue management, scope management & resource management

o Change – perform the RCA of deviations or issues and make correction and mitigation as needed

o Report - Regular status updates to internal leadership team and client.

o Good Communication skill both in Mandatory and English

o Engage the client stakeholders to understand client’s business & technology strategy.

o Escalate the project opportunity / lead to leadership

o Proactively propose simple solution (with cost / time estimation) to client IT or business users after understanding as-is business and architecture.

Mandatory

• Project management

o At least 10+ years of hands-on delivery experiences in BI, DW & Data projects as developer, BA, tester or designer.

o At least 3 years of project management experience in MNC companies, with hands-on experience in project planning, risk management, issue tracking, scope management and status reports.

o PMP certification or PMP training /self-learning experience.

o Agile experience.

• Technical background

o Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, e.g. dimensional modeling, DW architecture and data quality

o Be familiar to at least one of ETL tool, e.g. Informatica, SSIS, Kettle

o Be familiar to at least one of databases, e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL,

o Be familiar to at least one of reporting tools, e.g. Spotfire, Qliksense, Tableau, PowerBI

• Domain background

o Working experience in Life science domain project.
