Key Responsibilities
• Experience and familiarize with all consumer electronics manufacturing & assembly process
• Recommends corrective actions and implements changes
• Identifies and mitigates risks; develops and implements risk mitigation plans
• May manage challenging vendor relationships
• Responsible for direct communication to relevant senior stakeholders
• Drive factory to improve yield (knows how to do yield bridge)
• Drive factory to perform UPH improvement (Line balancing, Cycle time reduction)
• Drive factory to layout line
• Work with factory to perform line qualification
• Drive the Lean Six Sigma approach with our JDM and EMS partners in region.
• Early involvement from NPI stage (EVT, DVT, PVT) through mass production and provide design review (Tolerance
Stack Up Analysis, TSA and Design For Assembly, DFA) to Engineering team

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years Process Engineering Experience
• Manufacturing Process Engineering experience in the electronics manufacturing area
• strong oral and written communication in Mandarin and English
• Must be able to travel to and from EMS/JDM factories in China region
• Occasional travel outside of the region is required to work with design teams and suppliers
• Candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to access and plan his/her schedule according to business priorities
