店铺6月份正式开业，前期需接受出差在外区培训！
主要职责：
- 带领团队完成每月店铺销售目标，确保店铺正常运营；
- 参加各类培训，培养出优秀的贮备管理人员；
- 掌握品牌知识和销售沟通技巧，为客户提供专业的服务；
- 追踪店员的工作表现，并及时给与回馈及辅导；
- 展现品牌形象。
对你的期望：
- 高中或以上学历；
- 3年以上带铺经验，曾带领3人以上团队，有品牌旗舰舰店工作的经验为佳
- 计算机操作：熟练掌握办公室软件操作；
- 对户外运动及潮流文化有很好的认知
- 具有时尚的穿搭能力
